Norwich Caravans

Established in 1953 the company is renowned as being a leader in its field. Selling both new tourers from both Swift & Coachman, along with a great selection of pre-owned with many layouts available. Our customers come from the length and breadth of the country to receive expert service and care. Whilst we’re not the smallest or the largest, but we do strive to be the fairest and the best.

Our Aftercare is second to none. We take pride in the way we prepare and look after your new touring caravan, after all, we want to sell you many more in the years to come.

Due to this success we have gained multiple awards and continue to provide the highest standard of service to all our customers whether purchasing a caravan or accessories for it.

Sales

We want to make your journey into caravans enjoyable and easy to digest. First and foremost our sales team will carry out a tow check for you as standard. Ensuring you purchase the right caravan for your vehicle resulting in a pleasant towing experience. Our sales team will talk you through the entire process with no pushy sales tactics. Part exchanges can be discussed with prices given immediately.

All vehicles will go through an extensive Pre Delivery Inspection, full gas test with a full water ingress check, and finally an internal and external valet. Upon collection, you will receive a comprehensive powered up handover detailing every aspect of your new caravan.

We have an internal show room too! With caravans on display fully powered up for you to relax in and enjoy at your leisure.

Excellent Service Centre

Our Technicians are super talented. They really have an eye for detail and there’s not much that doesn’t get past their eagle eyes.

Our Technicians attend many training courses to gain qualifications on many aspects to do with all components within caravans, so you can be rest assured your pride and joy will be well cared for whilst with us. We are both NCC (National Caravan Council) and AWS (Approved Workshop Scheme) approved.

Accessory Shop

Here at Norwich Caravans we have an extensive accessory shop. Whether you’re looking to replace a few parts on your existing caravan, or looking to fully kit out your new purchase, the team at Norwich Caravans can most certainly help.

From the most basic things like hinges and door catches, right through to Wi-Fi or solar panels, motor movers and much much more, our retail staff are some of the most knowledgeable around.

If you’re unsure if we stock a particular part, occasionally a picture can speak a thousand words, in which case it’s easier to email the team with your requirements.

Whether its their Freedom model, or the Evolution model in both auto and manual engagement, we can fit it and to Powrtouch standards which includes all cables fully ducted on the chassis and insulated cabling to your battery. If you’re unsure which model you may need the team will happily talk you through the differences.

Aftersales

We strive to present your new vehicle in tip top shape for your handover and the entire team works hard to ensure this happens from point of sale, through to PDI and a full valet.

New caravans will come with their standard manufacturers warranty. Both Swift Group and Coachman Caravans come with a 3 year internal warranty along with a 10 year water ingress warranty. Standard T’s & C’s will apply.
